Unrivalled work quality. Performance, comfort and ease of handling.
In the mid 1990s, we were looking for solutions to optimise the amortisation of our harvesting machines, and in 1996 we bought our first PELLENC multifunction carrier. We were so satisfactied that we now own 35 PELLENC carriers, each of which do pre-pruning, spreading, leaf stripping, spraying and harvesting work. Our carriers accomplish 800 h of work per year on average, our investments were quickly amortised.
This type of optimal operating rate is achieved by the simple and quick change of tools, which allows us to respond very quickly when it comes to the needs of our customers.
Our drivers operate PELLENC carriers all year long in the field. They have perfectly mastered its operation and settings, which means the work gets done fast and the quality is very good!
Using a carrier to perform all types of vineyard work also allows us to ensure the sustainability of our customers’ blocks. The large wheels of our carriers drive in the middle of the row, limiting root compaction at the foot of the plant.
MERIAS FREDERIC – Stve Company, 33330 Saint Emilion
Work on two rows at the same time. Practical: automatically adapts to the planting width. Economic: works the soil faster than with a tractor.
Carry out soil maintenance with the Multifunction tool carrier
The fact that you can attach any type of soil maintenance tool makes it practical.
Average work speed: 3.1 MPH, even in dense vegetation. Extra-strong boron steel disks (no sharpening needed). Automatic opening around posts thanks to the artificial vision system (optional). Cuts vine shoots cleanly.
Complete range: a harvesting head that is perfect for your vineyard. High working speed. Quality harvesting and optimised sorting.
Harvest with the Optimum harvesting head
Power and speed, both day and night. Working speed of up to 5 MPH. Pradines Blades: offering the same quality as with the pruning shears. Automatic opening around posts thanks to the artificial vision system (optional). Cordon tracking (optional).
Pre-prune with Visio
Spraying is completed in no time. Spray 3 to 6 rows all at once, for both narrow and wide vines. Maximise the effectiveness of your spray treatments with the help of on carrier pneumatic or air jet diffusers. 439.9 gal tank volume. Flow-rate directly proportional to ground-speed (Débit Proportionnel à l’Avancement (DPA)). Work laterally or from above.
Spray with EOLE 2
Lift, trim and trellis all at once. Working speed: 2.5 MPH to 3.1 MPH. An essential tool for vines with dense canopies. A canopy that is homogeneous, resistant, and comparable to that of manual work. A wide range of environmentally friendly ties.
Trellis with PELLENC
Result are identical to manual stripping, and it is simple and quick. Can be used in all vineyards. Reduced maintenance cost. Low fuel consumption, with reduced power requirements.
Leaf remover
High forward speed. Automatically follows the trellising with the sensors: protects berries and foliage. Automatic safety device activation. Cantilever and reduced weight.
Adjust frequency, pinch, amplitude, destemming and other settings instantly and continuously from the EASY TOUCH console while working without stopping. New settings can be stored for quickly switching from one block to another.
Easy smart: make all setting adjustments from the cab
The EASY TOUCH console is in line with your field of vision. The visual control of the rows and settings are simultaneous.
Two position sensors automatically align the harvesting head in the row.
ACTIV’ Head: automatic row tracking
The ACTIV’ system optimises the efficiency of shaking, without damaging the trellising and plants.
The movement of the harvesting head is proportional to the speed.
Improves working comfort.
Increases the life of wear parts.
Put up to 11 pairs of picking arms according to the trellising configurations.
The constant gap between shakers protects the plant, the berries remain intact.
Machine and vegetation are protected
Suits all vines, regardless of the yield and variety. The large number of instant, in-cab settings makes it possible to work quickly and optimises collection around stakes.
New picking rod design with extended active area, new movement, and unparalleled flexibility.
The longest lower sealing on the market (up to 9.38 ft) allows for high operating speed.
Maximum sealing
The design of the Optimum catcher trays ensures fast work without loss on the ground:
Largest capacity stainless steel bin on the market:
OPTIMUM work flow rate
from 571.9 gal to 791.9 gal depending on the model.
No loss of harvest: Thanks to its revolutionary Pellenc stainless steel open-work structure, berries and juices pass directly through the “Flexible Sorter Conveyor”. The L-shaped design of the PELLENC Flexible Sorter Conveyor ensures removal of foreign body from the back and prevents jamming.
Flexible Sorter Conveyor
Only grape clusters and leaves pass under the lower suction fans, i.e., less than 30 % of the harvest:
Optimal sorting of berries, whole bunches and leaves at the conveyor output.
The grid belt of the sorter catches the harvest at the output of the Flexible Sorter Conveyor. Juice and berries pass directly into the bins.
The upper suction fans are hardly used, making them economical and quieter.
