The BUGGY 5000 S self-propelled vibrator integrates all of PELLENC’s harvesting know-how for intensive fruit growers. The comfort and precision of its controls enables high-quality work and increased yields. The perfectly mastered technology of the clamp lets you harvest quickly without damaging the bark of your trees, whatever the harvesting period or the age and size of the trees. Lastly, the choice of vibration sequences ensures that the fruit will be shaken free, even with olive varieties known to be difficult to harvest.

For intensive harvesting, It has no equal

  • Harvests up to 99% of the tree’s fruit, depending on olive variety, pruning method, and maturity.
  • Yield: up to 1,200 olive trees per day and 2,000 fruit trees per day.
  • 3 speeds to choose from for different ground conditions (stones, grass, mud, steep incline, etc.).
  • Very low centre of gravity for better movement on slopes (up to 60%) and inclines (up to 45%)
  • It can be used to harvest olives, but also cherries (for canned or candied fruit), almonds, walnuts, oranges (for juice), plums, and so on.
  • Works on new generations of plantations and on hundred-year-old trees.

5000S

The telescopic arm lets the operator avoid driving over fruit that has fallen on the ground or into the nets.

With its low centre of gravity and 2 fixed front wheels 421 and 1 rear swivel wheel, operating the BUGGY 5000 S is intuitive. You can predict how the machine is going to react. It can cope with a maximum slope of 60% and an incline of 45%.

It has 2 joysticks: one for driving and the other for controlling the work. It is equipped with a sun visor and sound-insulating glass, as well as anti-crushing roll bars to protect the operator.
