OPTIMUM XXL80

Particular attention has been paid to the visibility and soundproofing of the air-conditioned cab. The driving position can be adjusted to suit the operator perfectly. The GRAMMER* air-suspension seat with anti-vibration technology, heating, and ventilation provides ergonomic positioning and support throughout the entire workday.

With the EASY DRIVE joystick on a fixed pivot with backlit buttons, the operator steers by impulse or continuous pressure, without moving his arm. Instant return to neutral and seamless direction reversal are achieved in a single motion.

All the tools are controlled from the EASY TOUCH touchscreen, where each function is represented by an intuitive pictogram. Its positioning allows the operator to monitor both the row and machine settings at a single glance

The OPTIMUM carrier is designed make U-turn on the spot at the end of a row: effortlessly and without reversing so you are immediately read to work on the next row. Its steering angle makes the OPTIMUM carrier particularly manoeuvrable. A feature further enhanced by the automatic retraction of the inside rear wheel: the turning radius is only 3.98 m!

The new PERKINS STAGE 5 engines are both high-performance and environmentally friendly. They have been designed to optimise power output during operation while reducing fuel consumption and are equipped with exhaust after-treatment system that meets the latest technological and environmental standards.

The intelligent EASY POWER system reduced fuel consumption by automatically adapting the engine speed to the needs of the carrier and implements. The ARBO' PROCESS harvesting head can operate from as low as 1400 rpm.

  • PELLENC shakers are now made from a new injection-moulded material.
  • This new process has also made it possible to optimise their shape. They have reinforcement in the areas subject to wear.
  • The counterweights on the shaker arms help to compensate for vibrations.
  • The shaking system is reinforced with a crank-and-connecting rod mechanism, enabling it to withstand considerable forces, while ensuring greater respect for the vegetation
  • Supports 42 shakers
  • Mechanical and hydraulic pinch adjustments improve harvesting without damaging the vegetation

The flexible bucket-shaped scales protect the tree trunks.

They provide excellent sealing performance, without losses, even in high yields.

After several years of successful collaboration with PELLENC in the field of viticulture, we naturally continued this relationship for olive growing. We needed a machine capable of harvesting quickly without damaging the olive trees and getting the olives to the mill as quickly as possible.
