The automatic roll-out tarpaulin for a faster and high-quality harvest

The EXPAND R5090 receptacle is a towed machine equipped with a system that automatically unrolls a tarpaulin on the ground for faster and easier harvesting. By mechanising the harvesting process in a traditional or intensive orchard, this new solution designed and manufactured by PELLENC makes it possible for a team of just two people to harvest more than 300 kg of fruit in a single pass. And with the simultaneous picking and sorting of the fruit and its cleaning by means of fans, you reduce working time and increase the harvest quality.

Several types of tarpaulin are available for harvesting different types of fruit:

  • Ribbed tarpaulins for black table olives (sizes: 6.5m, 8.5m, 8.9m)
  • Unribbed tarpaulins for black olives for olive oil (sizes: 6.5m, 7m, 8.9m)

Three models are available for 120 x 120 cm pallet boxes:

  • Single pallet box platform
  • Dual pallet boxes + distributor platform
  • Dual pallet boxes hydraulic platform + distributor (with lateral slope correction up to 10% for fragile fruit harvesting with water-filled pallet boxes)
