Luke Bennett, new tool sales

New tool sales for specialised AGRI and Green City tools. He started with us in mid-February 2018 and we would love people to know more about Luke.

Luke has extensive experience in sales and customer service in the mining industry. Since working for Advanced Piping Systems he has been working in the viticultural industry doing vineyard maintenance at Infield Ag. Most recently he was working in a hands-on environment at Ceravolo Orchards doing existing maintenance and also establishing new orchards.

“I’m excited to now be involved in Pellenc tools sales, as I look to utilise my recent hands on experience along with my strength in sales, customer service and friendly personality.”

Pellenc has very strong team of agents in different States, who Luke and his manager Kim Kingsun will support and work with as well as meeting customers in person to ensure the same level of support across all regions.

Cale Otto, Pellenc Machinery sales manager

Cale Otto, new Machinery sales manager

Mr. Cale Otto is our new Sales Manager for specialised agriculture machinery.  He started with us in mid-August 2017 and we would love people to know more about our Sales Manager Cale.

Cale has a background in viticulture and winemaking and is very familiar with Pellenc equipment. In his previous role with Thorn-Clarke and as such, was aware of the high quality of the machinery produced by Pellenc, such as berry separator “Winery L”. He’s very excited now to be involved in another area of the same industry.  He understands the complex needs of vineyards and wineries, and is determined to be able to promote the product range that Pellenc has to offer in order to best assist clients in solving problems, improving efficiencies and overall producing better fruit and wines. He said “I believes that my integrity will hold me in good stead, and that a core part of my role is developing trusting relationships with my customers”

He will directly deal with customers in the Barossa, McLaren Vale, Adelaide Hills and Langhorne Creek.  Pellenc has agents in South East of South Australia, Clare, Western Australia, Tasmania, Victoria and New South Wales for machineries.  Cale also visits these areas to offer support to our agents as well as to meet customers to ensure the same level of support customers across regions.

Cale is enjoying his new challenges as a Sales Manager for Pellenc. He has said “it has been a big learning curve but Pellenc has a tight-knit group of people who offer plenty of support for me to learn”.  “The technical side of the machinery has been the biggest learning curve, but Pellenc Australia have the team in place to be able to answer any questions regarding this”.
