  • The specially designed shape of the discs enables a good grip of the vine shoots for a clean cut.
  • These discs benefit from an exceptional service life, requiring no sharpening and minimal maintenance.
  • The stacks of disks can all be adjusted relative to each other in order to optimise the cutting quality and improve the removal of tendrils.
  • Adjusting the space between the two lower discs allows a clean cut closer to the cordon.

VISIO has a lot to offer

  • These discs allow fine crumbling of the vine shoots and better cleaning the trellis lifting wires.
  • Equipped with PRADINES blades sharpened on both sides doubling their service life.
  • The low rotational speed of the cages prevents the scattering of debris, for increased safety.
  • The blade against blade cutting system does not generate sawdust, so there is no clogging of the radiator.

  • The opening at the post is TOTALLY automatic and adapts to the diameter of each post.
  • The shoots around the post get cleaned up better than in the case of working by hand, which saves time during pruning.
  • The system can be set up to work with several types of posts.
  • To ensure a perfect cut without without pulling on the branches, the rotation of the cutting elements is proportional to the forward movement of the tractor.

DISCO and VISIO

These 600mm-high bars cut hanging vine shoots and save a lot of time during pruning.

These 45cm-diameter discs have a high cutting capacity on hanging vine shoots.

They are intended for vineyards with dense plant growth trained on a wire.

Coupling/uncoupling can be carried out with no need for a wrench. Coupling/uncoupling can be done in complete safety and at an accessible height from the ground.
