Network technicians have been trained by the manufacturer's training centre. Annual maintenance is performed according to PELLENC recommendations, which guarantees the machine's durability over time and optimises productivity. The work carried out ranges from complete overhaul to checking safety devices and ensuring that the machine is working properly.

All information relating to annual maintenance operations is available from your authorised PELLENC dealer.

To get the best performance and longest service life from your PELLENC equipment, as well as warranty coverage, PELLENC certified spare parts must be used. This ensures optimal use of your equipment.

Warranty & warranty extensions

Your equipment benefits from a 1-year parts and labour manufacturer warranty (excluding wear parts) on your machines. An extended warranty of up to 4 years, depending on the product, can be offered in addition to the manufacturer warranty (1 year). The application of warranties is subject to the use of PELLENC certified parts in the context of equipment maintenance and compliance with the manufacturer's annual maintenance recommendations.

Thanks to our PELLENC Protect offers, we can provide you with extended warranties adapted to the use of your machine. From moderate to intensive use, from a guarantee on all equipment to a guarantee on strategic components, we can offer you a package to suit your needs.
